✓ Initial assessment to understand your goals and diet and for me to prepare your plan prior to training.
✓ Learn the proper exercise form to reduce the chance of injury and maximise results. Feel free to consult me on nutrition and fitness anytime during the session!
✓ Train at the comfort of your home through virtual PT, or at any commercial and condo gym.
✓ Enjoy group discount for both virtual and F2F when you can get one of more friends onboard (subjected to size of the gym)
