Hello, I'm Davin and this is my story.
I was never a sporty person growing up and was overweight as a teenager. This has led to me starving myself during the early years of adulthood in a desperate attempt to lose fat. However that only resulted in me becoming skinny fat.
I felt weak, insecure and constantly has low energy throughout the day. I was too insecure to step into a gym, which led to me training in my neighbourhood fitness park to avoid any judgement. This is why my current training philosophy still revolves around outdoor training.
My coaching is philosophy simple - make small, positive changes consistently to achieve results that last a lifetime.
Being a fitness coach is not my full-time job, I work a standard 9-5 corporate job like most of you and I can understand the challenges of balancing fitness and work. Each program will be curated based on your schedule, your preferences, and your level of experience.
