Functional exercises such as squats will train and develop your muscles to make it safer to perform everyday activities, such as carrying groceries or playing with your kids.

All you need is a light kettlebell or dumbbell to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you do at home and work.
