Fitness Park Shred comes in two options: 8 weeks (2 phases) and 12 weeks (3 phases).
Phase 1 focuses on acclimatising to and mastering core movements such as pull-ups, dips and squat variations.
Phase 2 turns up the heat with supersets and giant sets with higher frequency & volume.
Phase 3 focuses on pushing your limit using intensifiers such as time under tension, tempo and advanced variations.
