WHAT INCLUDED IN FITNESS PARK SHRED
Workout anywhere, any time with my Fitness Park Shred. Learn how to use your body weight as resistance to develop strength, flexibility and a well-rounded physique at any standard fitness park.
Fitness Park Shred comes in two options: 8 weeks (2 phases) and 12 weeks (3 phases).

Phase 1 focuses on acclimatising to and mastering core movements such as pull-ups, dips and squat variations.

Phase 2 turns up the heat with supersets and giant sets with higher frequency & volume.

Phase 3 focuses on pushing your limit using intensifiers such as time under tension, tempo and advanced variations.

Training Schedule
Each workout will be planned for you in a week, with rest days included.
