WHAT INCLUDED IN FITNESS PARK SHRED

Workout anywhere, any time with my Fitness Park Shred. Learn how to use your body weight as resistance to develop strength, flexibility and a well-rounded physique at any standard fitness park.

Fitness Park Shred comes in two options: 8 weeks (2 phases) and 12 weeks (3 phases).

  • Phase 1 focuses on acclimatising to and mastering core movements such as pull-ups, dips and squat variations.

  • Phase 2 turns up the heat with supersets and giant sets with higher frequency & volume.

  • Phase 3 focuses on pushing your limit using intensifiers such as time under tension, tempo and advanced variations.
