Aesthetic Strength is the program designed by me for you if you want to optimize his/her overall physique and aesthetics.
Lean out, maintain a muscular physique, and build overall strength with this 4-day gym routine. It is 4 times a week training program split into different progressive phases designed to SCULPT your body.
Equipment needed: Gym Access.
1. 4-day routine comprising of 2 Upper Body and Lower Body workouts
2. Aesthetic focused
3. New workouts to progressively improve and get stronger
4. Reps, sets, tempo, and rest time provided with workout intensifiers such as Supersets, Giant sets, and Eccentric training.
5. Videos demonstration for each exercise
