This is my progress as of today and I am very satisfied. I just measured my body composition and it can't be any better than before! I'm 62.8 kg this morning. It's been a long time since it dropped below 63. - Parker

I have been training with Davin since October 2023. And under his training and patient guidance, not only have I gotten stronger, I also got over my phobia of the squat due to an old injury. I am now able to squat pain-free!

Every training session with him is customised and personalised to meet and address your specific needs and goals. His face may not show it but over time, he is a very fun, warm and knowledgeable trainer.

I am very grateful to be able to have Davin training me as before that I did train with 3 other PTs but the results only showed when I trained with Davin. He was detailed from diet to training and he made sure that I was in good hands if the weight was increasing.

Davin is my 2nd personal trainer so far, one important thing to me about a PT was having good communication between us and someone I could vibe well with.

8 sessions in with Davin, I must say he’s been an exceptional trainer. His friendly amiable manner made me feel at ease picking up where I had left off. His patience and guidance in explaining techniques and proper forms for certain workouts made me trust in him and in the process. It was refreshing to understand the “why” instead of simply mirroring the movements as it allowed me to push myself harder to train more effectively.​

I’d highly recommend him if you want to see results or meet any fitness goals. He’ll be right there with you. Personally, Davin is someone I fully place my trust in reaching my goals of becoming stronger and toner for the future.
